Shipping + Returns
All watches are shipped priority overnight and are fully insured via Parcel Pro. Watches are only shipped once funds fully clear our Bank Account (typically 24-48 hours). If a package is lost, a full refund will be issued once insurance claim is approved and paid.
International buyers assume full responsibility for any and all duties, tariffs, taxes and customs due. In the event a watch is returned as a result of a customs issue the buyer assumes full responsibility for any additional shipping costs.
Upon receiving your watch you will have a 3 day inspection period. If you’re not fully satisfied please call or email for authorization prior to returning your watch. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be shipped fully insured overnight or priority for international buyers. No refund will be made after the 3 day inspection ends.
Full Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned watch we will conduct a thorough inspection of the returned item. Provided the watch is returned in the same condition, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the timepiece minus initial shipping and insurance costs. Buyer assumes all risk when returning watch. Please note, if you’re an international buyer, you assume the additional risk associated with shipping Rolex watches to the U.S. from foreign countries.
