KIA 2/28/70, while conducting a reconnaissance mission with the 203rd RAC Hawkeyes, LTC Finter left behind a watch that is nothing short of remarkable.Watch is in phenomenal, unpolished condition, as it sat in a briefcase along with his military records for over 40 years. After his last surviving daughter, Michaela Karla Finter passed February 5, 2013 her entire estate was sold at auction.
